Joint torpedo spare bars 5.5 mm Art. 16102
Joint cleaning made easy with the joint torpedo by Karl Dahm
Fugue torpedo to free the joints from superficial dirt
Dirt, mould, lime, bacteria, stains, discoloration and age-related impurities are often found on tile joints. Often, however, cracks also form. As a result, the cohesion of the tiles is jeopardised and stability is slackened. Therefore, it is important to clean the joints regularly. The perfect tool for this is the joint torpedo from Karl Dahm, which allows you to clean the joints quickly and easily and also remove overhangs after an inaccurate grouting. In addition, the abrasive diamond covering of the joint torpedo also removes stubborn, superficial dirt and can be used in hygiene areas such as hospitals and restaurants.
The grinding bars have a robust layer of synthetic resin, in which extremely hard, high-strength industrial diamonds are embedded. The joints are cleaned with the joint torpedo without the use of chemicals.
Cleaning mosaic or glass mosaic with the joint torpedo should be avoided.
Application of the joint torpedo
Select the appropriate grinding bar by attaching it to the joint.
Then attach the grinding bar to the handle of the joint torpedo so that it snaps into place.
Move the joint torpedo in alternating traction direction within the joint gap with a slight contact pressure.
Pull the joint torpedo several times over the joints in question.
Then suck the dust and wipe the joints dry.
At the end, impregnate the joints with the joint protection pin.
Delivery:
3x diamond bars with 5.5 mm web width each
Joint protection pin 0.81 ml
The pen is used for protection treatment and hygiene prevention. It allows you to avoid mould, bacteria and lime formation and protects against water, oil, grease and wax. In addition, the joint protection pin Art. 16104 is ideal after the treatment of the joints with the joint torpedo. This impregnating agent is colourless, natural and food-safe. The processing temperature should be between 10-35° C. However, the full protective effect only occurs after 6-24 hours.
