Joint filling plate Ø 500 mm, order no 40211
Grouting disc, Ø 500 mm Art. no. 40211
The grouting disc for the KD 6 grouting machine, Art. No. 40210 is the ideal choice for grouting medium to large areas.
The grouting disc is a practical tool that is used for the proper compaction of tiles. It is used to fill the joints between the individual tiles evenly and cleanly with grout (epoxy, cement). The use of a grout filler is crucial for creating an aesthetically pleasing joint pattern and for the durability of the joints.
Application of the joint filler:
After applying the grout to the surfaces to be grouted, the grouting disc is moved over the joints at a shallow angle, forcing the grout into the gaps. The grooves on the underside of the eight wings ensure that the joints are filled evenly and without gaps, thus compacting them. Excess grout is removed from the surface.
Using a grouting disc in combination with the KD 6 grouting machine saves time and labour compared to manual joint compaction.
