The soft impact inserts Art. 10571, 10573, and 10575:
The soft insert in the SIMPLEX series is the TPE-soft impact insert, which is made of a thermoplastic elastomer and has a hardness of approximately 65 Shore A. This insert is ideal for sensitive work as it has a strong damping effect and does not leave any unwanted black abrasion compared to the conventional rubber mallet.
The blue impact insert is available in various sizes from Ø 30 - 50 mm and is particularly well suited for use in gardening and landscaping, laying tiles and slabs, setting natural stone, furniture and drywall construction as well as window and door construction and carpentry.
The insert is made of abrasion-free, soft TPE-Soft in blue color.
The hard impact inserts art. 10572, 10574 and 10576:
The SIMPLEX impact insert TPE-mid is made of a gray thermoplastic elastomer and has a hardness of approx. 90 Shore A, which makes it a medium-hard impact insert. Unlike the conventional rubber mallet, this insert does not leave any unwanted black abrasion. It is available in sizes ranging from Ø 30 - 50 mm.
