Delivery and transport charges

1. National transport charges
For every delivery we calculate a freight charge of 6,64 EUR (assurance included) regardless of weight or bulkiness of the ordered tools.

If you choose collect on delivery (COD) as your kind of payment, the Post AG (German Post Plc.) imposes an additional COD charge of 2,00 EUR at the time of delivery.

2. Delivery time within Germany
Your order will be treated promptly and by not later than on the following working day after receipt of the order.

If mailed by the post office the delivery of goods should be made within two to three working days.

Delivery of bulky good (from 175 cm on) can last up to five working days.
If a forwarding agency is involved the delivery of goods should be made within one week.

3. Transport charges abroad

All items will be shipped ex works 83358 Seebruck. Shipments are made by mail or by forwarding company. The shipping charges shown by the internet shop is to inform you about the maximum rate. In our confirmation we will show the actual, if possible lower freight rate.

Zone 3 (Andorra, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Gibraltar, Iceland, Croatia, Macedonia, Serbia, Turkey)

Zone 4 (Albania, Algeria, Azerbaijan, Israel, Tunisia, Egypt)

Zone 5 (Australia, Canada, Mexico, New Zealand, USA)

4. Delivery time abroad
Within EU: Normally, we deliver within one week.

Outside the EU: According to mutual arrangement and individual agreement.

5. Delay
Should a delivery be delayed we shall inform you by email or by phone.

6. Additional delivery
In case that a part of the items ordered are not in stock, we shall ship them later on free of transport charges.

7. Proviso
Prices, descriptions, measures, weights and pictures in the online shop are not binding. We reserve the right to deliver alternative items or qualities.
