Cleaning grouted tiles quickly and effortlessly - the ideal size for the professional.
Your sponge board will be much cleaner and more absorbent than before.
You will be able to clean with dry hands.
A sturdy and durable washboy set due to ball-bearing light running rollers!
Roller attachment with rollers underneath.
Like other washboys this roller wash set is used after grouting. Its size allows for cleaning larger surfaces more easily.
Lay the tiles as before - means: Leave a free distance, the so-called joint distance, between your laid tiles. Use one of our mixers to mix any kind of mortar consisting of powder and water. Spread this material over the surface to be grouted (you can determine the number of m² here yourself).
After its cure time the material binds.
That’s the moment when you can use this high-end roller washing set!
This washing set can be transported easily by using our transport chassis (art. 11393) which is optionally available (not included in the set, art. 10397)
When the cure time of the mortar is over, wipe the grouted surface with the 'sponge board Hydro' (art. no. 10 763) included in the scope of delivery.
Then clean the surface to create smooth and clean joints and to make the tiles visible again.
In order to avoid that the mortar sticks to the sponge board, it must be cleaned regularly with help from the 'Optimal roller washing set'. Dip it into the water bucket or place it directly on the grid
while pressing the sponge board downwards. This will cause the mud to settle on the bottom and the process can be repeated until you feel that the water needs to be exchanged.
After you have pressed out the sponge board on the grid, place it on the rollers, press lightly against the rollers and move the board to the left and right. Now the sponge board is cleaned and the next grouted surface can be cleaned.
The included parts of the Karl Dahm high-end cleaning set art. 10 397 are available separately
