Moisture analyzer and thermometer, order no 41436

Determine the moisture content of building materials of all kinds, such as screed, concrete, brick, wood and many more with this handy moisture meter from Karl Dahm.

Dimensions/weight of the moisture analyzer:

  • 130 x 55 x 29 mm
  • 140 g

Temperature measuring range from -10 - +55 °C

Moisture measuring range from 0 - 60 % possible - depending on material:

  • Cement screed, concrete, gypsum: 0.9 - 24.5 %
  • Anhydride screed: 0.0 - 12.2 %
  • Cement mortar: 0.7 - 9.2 %
  • Lime and gypsum mortar: 0.5 - 11.1 %
  • Brick: 0.0 - 17.8 %
  • Wood: 8.5 - 53.4 %

Measurement accuracy ± 2 %

Technical data:

  • Device for measuring humidity and temperature
  • LC display with analog bargraph display and switchable display illumination
  • data hold function
  • automatic power-off
  • switchable units (in °C or °F)
  • with removable cover flap
  • automatic switch-off after 10 minutes

Before you can start measuring, you must first insert 2x 1.5 V Micro (AAA) batteries.
When the instrument is not in use, it will turn off with a beep after 10 minutes.

Functions of the Temperature and Humidity Meter:

- Hold function: the instrument has a hold function with which the current measured value is "frozen". To activate, press the "Hold/Test" button. The activated function is shown in the display with HOLD. To perform further measurements, press the "Hold/Test" key again.

- Min/ Max measurement: recall the highest and lowest values of the last measurement (all measurements since switching on the device) by pressing the "Max/Min" key.

 With the humidity meter, ambient temperature and relative humidity can be determined very quickly.
