Description

T-piece threaded lugs green for the tile levelling system Levelmac | 4 mm joint width, 2500 pieces | Art. 16473

Note on application:

The T-piece threaded brackets are suitable for laying tiles in quarter or half-bond. They can be used as spacers for 4 mm wide joints. In addition to the T-piece threaded brackets, we recommend using the basic threaded brackets during installation. In this way you will obtain a perfectly laid tiled floor.

Included in delivery:

  • 2500 T-piece threaded brackets with 4 mm joint width

In this way, a tile floor free of overlapping teeth is laid with the levelling system:

  1. apply the adhesive bed and lay the first tile. Depending on the tile format, now place between 1 and 3 basic threaded tabs under the tile on each side of the tile (at equal distances from each other). Where the T-joint (quarter or half-bonded installation) is to be created, insert a threaded T-piece tab (thanks to the web, the joint width - 4 mm in this case - can be determined using the threaded tab).
  2. lay the next tiles so that the threaded tabs are fixed in the joint. Now turn the pulling hoods onto the protruding threaded pins and start the levelling process. The adjacent tiles are raised or lowered to one level. When your tiled floor is completely laid, allow the adhesive to dry completely. As long as the adhesive is not yet dry, the tension hoods can be readjusted at any time. However, you should not walk on the tiled floor unnecessarily often as long as the adhesive is not completely dry.
  3. Now unscrew the reusable pulling hoods from the threaded lugs and break off the threaded pins in the direction of the joint. The base of the threaded lugs remains in the adhesive and is grouted in such a way that it cannot be erased.
  4. finished is the tile floor without overdentures

Why you should use a levelling system when laying large formats:

  • Not only hobby craftsmen benefit from the advantages of a laying aid - professional tilers also swear by these little helpers, because they help to create a perfect joint pattern and surfaces free of overdentures. Nobody can and will afford expensive complaints.
  • Also in view of the ever-increasing formats, tilers gladly accept any work simplification that makes this demanding installation easier.
  • The Levelmac levelling system is suitable for laying on walls and floors. You do not need pliers or guns for levelling and can readjust at any time as long as the adhesive has not yet dried. The draw hoods of the levelling system are reusable.
