Everclear two-component adhesive is creamy, contains filler and is solvent-free. Due to its soft, stable consistency, it is easy to apply and dries quickly on the surface. Dosage and mixture of the adhesive is easy
in appropriate joint filling guns. The adhesive bonds seamlessly to ceramics, natural and artificial stone as well as engineered stone and has very low shrinkage. This also reduces the tension in the adhesive layer to a minimum.
Storage of Everclear 2-component adhesive:
Everclear 2-Component colour adhesive can be stored for 1 year in well sealed original containers in a dry, cool and frost-free environment.
Instructions for use:
- ensure that the surface is clean, dust-free, completely dry and roughened.
- remove the cartridge cap and insert the cartridge into the gun. Now press the handle until material emerges from both openings, then unscrew the mixing nozzle and do not use the first 10 cm from the mixing nozzle (When using without mixing nozzle, make sure that both components are mixed well).
- the mixture remains workable at 20 ° C for approx. 20 min. The bonded parts can be transported at 20 °C after 4-5 h, can be loaded and worked after approx. 10 h. They reach their maximum strength after 48 h.
- heat accelerates, cold retards hardening
