Grouting larger areas is often carried out mechanically. A tried-and-tested grouting machine in our range is the KD 6 grouting machine, item no. 40210, which can be used for a wide variety of jobs depending on the accessories. With this gouging machine, you can easily gouge, sand, polish, clean, acidify, wax and much more.

The grouting disc article 40211 has a diameter of 500 mm and is suitable for epoxy and cement. The pad support plate for our KD 6 grouting machine is fitted with a rubber pad and is characterised by its diameter of 400 mm. The two brushes - hard (Art. 40213) and soft (Art. 40214) - are used for cleaning after using the KD 6 grouting machine. Fresh screed can be smoothed with the steel smoothing disc Art. 40215.

Another accessory for our KD 6 sanding and grouting machine is the diamond sanding disc, Art. 40327, which is used for sanding and roughening concrete and screed floors. It is also equipped with three additional sanding discs and impresses with its long service life.

Another accessory for our gouging machine is the Widia splitting disc, Art. 40412, which is characterised by its particularly long service life and is perfect for removing dirt and coating residues. It is also ideal for sanding anhydride screeds. The Widia split disc is suitable for all sanding discs. It is available in grit sizes 24 (Art. 40412) and 14 (Art. 40403).

Once you have finished grouting with the grouting machine, the next step is cleaning

This is not a grouting machine, but our Karl Dahm grinding and polishing machine, Art. 40111, which helps you to grind and polish after grouting - for optimum results! You can also work comfortably standing up!

This product is a robust single disc machine manufactured in Germany. It is perfect for sanding, cleaning and polishing work and is also ideal for long-term daily use. You can use it to maintain any smooth floor made of 8PVC, linoleum, etc.

• The machine is also characterised by its planetary gearbox and powerful motor. In addition, there is consistently high performance, but smooth running.
• Benefit from the large operating radius of the KD 55 grinding and polishing machine!
• As the grinding machine is easy to guide, you can work safely and without fatigue.
• The guide handle of the polishing machine is infinitely adjustable and there is a safety button. The sander - polisher is operated directly from the guide bar.
• Transporting the single disc machine is also easy and uncomplicated thanks to the integrated transport handles and smooth-running castors.

The KD 55, Art. 40111, also impresses on the outside with its all-metal design and flat construction. This makes it easier to drive under radiators, pipes and shelves.
