The SIMPLEX soft hammer is equipped with a combination of TPE-soft and TPE-mid inserts. Both inserts are made of thermoplastic elastomers and leave no black abrasion like a conventional rubber mallet. The TPE-soft insert in blue (item 10571) is the softest in the series and is particularly suitable for sensitive work, as it has a strong damping effect. The gray TPE-mid insert (Art. 10572) is medium-hard and enables a higher impact force.
Sturdy malleable cast iron housing
The housing is made of malleable cast iron and has an integrated handle protection sleeve for increased break resistance. The wooden handle is ergonomically shaped, vibration-damping and double-painted in the grip area to repel dirt. In accordance with the SIMPLEX principle, all components are replaceable and retrofittable, saving both money and resources. The size of the soft hammer varies from Ø 30 mm to Ø 50 mm.
The SIMPLEX soft-face hammer is suitable for various applications such as natural stone and masonry work, drywall construction, furniture, window and door construction, carpentry as well as for setting prefabricated walls and beam positioning.
The advantages of the SIMPLEX soft hammer at a glance:
- No abrasion on the different surfaces (tiles, plates, natural stone, etc.)
- With different inserts for variable applications (sensitive work or work with high impact force)
- Replaceable components - environmentally friendly and sustainable
- Can be used in many trades: Tiling, drywall construction, carpentry, furniture construction, etc.
