Our leveling system has become the faithful tool of tile layers. It simplifies tiling enormously and is fast, uncomplicated and inexpensive.
However, you don't want to turn the black traction hoods on every tile. Dirt on the floor could lead to abrasion marks on the tile due to the turning movement. We have found a unique solution to this problem:
The Levelmac® protection plate: an innovative addition to the Nivillier system, especially when using black pull hoods on sensitive tile surfaces and natural stone. The traction hood can be rotated in the protection plate without touching the material surface.
Advantages of the Levelmac® protection plate:
no abrasion marks on sensitive surfaces
no scratch marks (ring formation) in case of surface contamination, as the pulling hoods only rest on the Levelmac® protection plate, not on the material
Tile can no longer be displaced
Increased durability of the pulling hoods

Application:
Place threaded tabs under tile as usual
Insert pulling hood into Levelmac® protection plate
Protective plate fixed with thumb and finger when tightening the pulling hoods, thus only the hood rotates in the protective plate, the protective plate itself does not rotate with it
After the tile adhesive has hardened, remove the pulling hood with Levelmac® protection plate.
The Levelmac® protection plates are robust and very reusable.
