Scope of delivery:
- 12 mixing nozzles
Use our mixing nozzles for the 400 ml Everclear colour adhesive cartridges. The mixing nozzles mix the two components of the color adhesive optimally and in the correct ratio. This ensures outstanding adhesion for large-area ceramics outdoors.
This is how the 2-component colour adhesive is used:
- Clean, dry and roughen the substrate.
- Remove the cartridge cap and insert into the gun.
- Do not use the first 10 cm of material from the mixing nozzle.
The mixing nozzle optimally mixes the two components. Incorrect or insufficient mixing would lead to discoloration of the edge zones, excess material of a component could act as a plasticizer.
With the use of our mixing nozzles you do not have to worry about these problems at all.
Information on processing:
- The mixture remains workable at 20 °C for approx. 20 minutes.
- After approx. 4-5 h (20 °C) the bonded parts are ready for transport.
- After approx. 10 h (20 °C) the bonded parts can be loaded or further processed.
- After approx. 48 h (20 °C) the adhesive reaches its maximum strength.
- Heat accelerates curing, cold slows it down.
