The Sigma worktable not only offers generous dimensions of 180 cm x 151 cm, but can also be extended to an impressive 270 cm x 151 cm using the optional table extension Art. No. 13021 to an impressive 270 cm x 151 cm. This combination of generous space and flexible extension makes it an indispensable companion in any working environment.

Assembly instructions for the Sigma worktable:

  1. Lay out the planks of the table side by side on the floor with the bottom side facing upwards
  2. Make sure to place the two planks with a double row of nuts on the outside
  3. Position the legs of the table on the planks with a double row of nuts
  4. Screw the legs to all planks using the knobs
  5. Make sure that all legs are aligned at a 90 degree angle to the top
  6. The table is ready for use and you can move the planks individually as required

Extension with second table to 360cm length:

To do this, simply connect the outer planks of the tables using the connecting plate. If there are gaps between the tables, use the feet of the tables and a spirit level if necessary to level them.

Extension with table extension Art. No. 13021 to a length of 270cm:

  1. When assembling the workbench, connect the extensions to the aluminium planks
  2. Insert the connecting plate into the hole
  3. Screw the extensions in place using the knobs
  4. Screw the leg of the workbench into the extension
  5. The table has been extended to 270cm in length and is ready for use

To attach the Kera-Cut side supports to the workbench, the rotary knobs D. 25 8x12 are supplied.

Additional information on the optional accessories for the Sigma workbench:

To support the Kera-Cut cutting guide, the tool hook Art. No. 21249 can be attached to the leg to support the Kera-Cut cutting guide. This does not need to be unscrewed to transport the workbench.

Using the workbench clamps Art. No. 21248 you can lock your tiles in place, simply mount them in the guide rails.

The spacers Art. No. 21250 ensure that the worktable is not damaged during tile cutting. Simply place them under the tile (recommendation: maximum distance between the spacers is 50 cm).
