How to change the ball bearings yourself:

Scope of delivery:

• 4 Replacement ball bearings for High-Line cutting slide with screw set

High-Line ball bearing change - step by step:

1. To change the lower ball bearings, the cutting arm together with the cutting carriage must be removed from the guide rail. To do this, the upper ball bearing must be released and the cutting arm unhooked.
2. Now remove the cutting arm from the carriage.
3. To change the ball bearing, fix the rear screw of the ball bearing with the hexagon wrench and loosen the front nut with the fork wrench.
4. Insert the new ball bearing and mount it on the cutting arm.
5. Once the required bearings have been changed, the cutting arm can be remounted on the carriage and then repositioned on the guide rail.
6. Finally remount the upper ball bearing.

The change process is now complete.

How to adjust the ball bearings correctly:

1. The nuts for adjusting the ball bearings are located on the underside of the cutting carriage. Raise the guide rail
2. Loosen the hexagon nut with the fork wrench, then tighten the Allen screw first and then the hexagon nut again.

Now the ball bearings are correctly adjusted.
