Ball bearing to cutting arm highline, order no 11396

Ball bearing single for cutting slide High-Line, art. no. 11396

To change the one high line ball bearing step by step:

1. Remove the cutting carriage from the guide rail and then the cutting arm from the carriage.
2. To change a ball bearing, fix the screw at the back of the ball bearing with a hexagon wrench and loosen the nut at the front with a fork wrench.
3. Insert the new ball bearing and mount it on the cutting arm.
4. Mount the cutting arm to the carriage again and hang the cutting carriage back into the guide rail. Monitor the cutting carriage again with the missing ball bearing.

Adjust the ball bearings on the guide rail:

1. To adjust the ball bearings, lift the guide rail, the screws for the ball bearings are located on the underside of the cutting carriage.
2. Loosen the hexagon nut with a fork wrench and tighten the Allen screw, then tighten the hexagon nut again. This retightens the ball bearings.
