Mixing station for self-leveling materials: The LevMix 1100 processes up to 85 liters or 5 bags of 25 kg per batch, handling mixing, transport, and pouring in a single device. A digital mixing time display and two adjustable speed settings ensure reproducible results. Designed for large-scale leveling and coating work.
The Collomix LevMix 1100 is a mobile mixing station for self-leveling materials. It processes up to 85 liters or five 25 kg bags in a single batch, covering the entire workflow: mixing, driving to the application site, and controlled pouring. The detour via buckets, hand mixers, and heavy lifting is eliminated.
When working with leveling compounds and screeds, it is not only speed that matters, but how consistently the batches match one another. The smaller the mixing quantity, the more batches are required for a surface – and every single batch brings its own water ratio, mixing time, and time offset. This is precisely what causes transition lines, color variations, and uneven flow behavior. With five bags per batch, the LevMix 1100 significantly reduces the number of batches and keeps the surface wet-on-wet for longer.
The display digitally indicates the mixing time, and the speed can be switched between 450 and 600 revolutions per minute. This allows for mixing precisely according to the material manufacturer's specifications rather than by feel. Fiber-reinforced compounds, decorative leveling mortars, and epoxy resin coatings react differently to speed and mixing duration – being able to set both delivers reproducible results throughout the entire workday.
It drives the VLX mixing tool, which was specifically engineered for flowable materials. It homogenously mixes the material even in large quantities, preventing lumps or dry pockets from sticking to the edge of the container. With 1,800 Watts of drive power, the speed remains stable even under full loads.
Large wheels and ergonomic handles keep the device maneuverable even when fully loaded. When emptying, the container is balanced so that the tilting process can be controlled smoothly rather than having to be caught. A dust extraction attachment is provided for the bag pouring area to reduce dust emissions during filling.
The smaller LevMix 750 manages up to 55 liters or three bags. The jump to five bags pays off primarily on large continuous areas where the number of batches is the limiting factor – Collomix specifies time savings of up to 25 percent here compared to the LevMix 750. For smaller rooms, winding floor plans, or frequent floor changes, however, the lower weight and smaller footprint favor the smaller model.

For self-leveling materials: leveling compounds, smoothing mortars, fiber-reinforced compounds, liquid screed, decorative floor coatings, and epoxy resin coatings. It is not designed for earth-moist or non-sag materials such as mortar or standard screed.
Five bags of 25 kg each, corresponding to a mixing volume of up to 85 liters.
No. Mixing, transporting, and pouring are all done in the same container. A pouring spout is available as an accessory for targeted pouring.
Yes. The mixing time is digitally displayed, and the speed can be selected between 450 and 600 rpm. This allows you to verifiably comply with the material manufacturer's guidelines.
The 750 holds up to 55 liters or three bags, whereas the 1100 holds up to 85 liters or five bags. The 1100 is correspondingly larger and heavier.
