Thanks to its special diamond coating, the drill bit enables simple and clean dry drilling in almost all hard materials and can be used up to a drilling depth of 30 mm. It can be used for drilling through tiles on walls and floors. The dry drill bit is equipped with an M14 internal thread and is therefore suitable for all customary angle grinders.
During use, the speed should be between 10,000 and 13,000 rpm. The paraffin core ensures better cooling. Drilling with the dry core drill is done without water cooling!
Application - dry core drill bit:
- fix the drill bit to the angle grinder
- place the drill bit at an angle to the material
- drilling must be carried out in circular movements
Please note the following hints:
- Drill evenly without pressure
- Reduce the pressure in case of sparking
- Avoid overheating
- Cooling breaks should be taken for thick, hard materials.
