Everclear color glue mixing nozzles, 12 pieces Art. 13019
Scope of delivery:
- 12 mixing nozzles
Use our mixing nozzles for the 400 ml Everclear color glue cartridges. The mixing nozzles mix the two components of the paint adhesive optimally and in the correct ratio. This ensures outstanding adhesion for large-surface ceramics in outdoor areas.
How to use the 2-component color adhesive:
- Clean, dry and roughen the substrate.
- Remove the cartridge cap and insert into the gun.
- Do not use the first 10 cm of material from the mixing nozzle.
The mixing nozzle optimally mixes the two components together. Incorrect or insufficient mixing would lead to discoloration of the edges, excess material from one component could act as a plasticizer. You do not need to worry about these problems when using our mixing nozzles!
Information on processing:
- The mixture remains workable for approx. 20 minutes at 20 °C.
- The bonded parts are ready for transportation after approx. 4-5 hours (20 °C).
- After approx. 10 hours (20 °C), the bonded parts can be loaded or further processed.
- The adhesive reaches its maximum strength after approx. 48 hours (20 °C).
- Heat accelerates curing, cold delays it.
