The release lever can be retrofitted to all KARL DAHM tile cutting and breaking machines. It ensures that the crushing jaws no longer have to be folded down for crushing, but are automatically folded into the crushing position immediately.
The release lever comes with a safety washer and is suitable for the following tile cutting and crushing machines:
- No. 11375 Cutting length 630 mm (with aluminium base plate)
- No. 11497 Cutting length 630 mm (with steel base plate)
- No. 11376 Cutting length 720 mm
- No. 11377 Cutting length 920 mm
- No. 11476 Cutting length 930 mm (reinforced guide with transport wheels)
- No. 11414 Cutting length 1250 mm
- No. 11379 Cutting length 1550 mm (with double angle)
- No. 11409 Cutting length 1850 mm (with double angle)
Release lever for retrofitting
You already have one of the above mentioned tile cutting and breaking machines from KARL DAHM? Then you can easily retrofit the release lever yourself.
The release lever immediately brings the breaking device on the cutting arm of the tile cutting and breaking machines into the correct position so that you can break the material immediately after scoring. Without the release lever you would have to fold the crushing jaws down first. One handle less, the work flow is optimized.
You get clean and precise crushing results.
