With the high-quality tile repair kit including a powerful gas melter, you can permanently repair scratches, cracks, holes and chipping – without dust or having to replace tiles.

Gas burner not filled upon delivery! However, it can be filled with conventional lighter gas.

The kit contains 13 premium hard wax sticks in natural, commonly used tile colors:
White, sand grey, black, beige, caramel, copper, light and olive brown, yellow, red and blue.

All colors can be mixed together.
This allows you to match any tile color – from light to dark surfaces, from smooth to textured.

Step by step – renewing your tile with the tile repair kit

With the tile repair kit, the repair is safe and easy – even without prior experience.

1. Ignite the gas melter
   Heat the melting tip with a lighter or gas igniter until it is evenly warm.
   The high temperature ensures that the hard wax melts cleanly and completely.
2. Select color & melt hard wax
   Choose the appropriate wax color or mix several tones.
   Hold the heated melting tip against the hard wax stick until a small amount liquefies.
3. Fill the damaged area
   Apply the liquid wax slightly overfilled into the damaged area.
   Due to the high temperature, the material flows deeply into cracks and recesses.
4. Remove excess material
   After 10–15 seconds, the wax is hardened.
   Use the included scraper to remove the excess wax and smooth the surface flat.
5. Fine finishing & match texture
   Use the fine tool edges to recreate the texture of the tile – ideal for matte or rough surfaces.
6. Seal
   The included sealing pen protects the repaired area from moisture, dirt and abrasion.
   This step ensures long-lasting durability.
7. Polish
   Use the polishing cloth to remove any remaining residue and match the gloss level to the surrounding surface.

Result: durable, color-accurate and almost invisible
