The integrated vibration slots at the edge of the disc ensure smooth running, reduce noise levels and enable higher cutting speeds. This prevents vibration of the disc and ensures consistently precise cutting results even on harder ceramics.

Care & service life

For permanently optimal cutting performance, occasional resharpening with a diamond sharpener or sharpening stone (art.-no. 20050) is therefore recommended. During dry sharpening up to the segment edge, the diamonds are exposed again, ensuring consistently high cutting performance and at the same time significantly extending the service life of the cutting disc.
(Note: The sharpening stone should only be used dry.)
