Reliable dispensing foam, even in the tightest spaces – that's the OTTOPUR OP 915. This dispensing foam was developed for applications that demand precision, offering excellent sound and thermal insulation and particular suitability for narrow joints often found in older-building renovation. Application of this dispensing foam requires a matching OTTO dispensing gun.
This dispensing foam is ideal for installing and insulating window and door frames made of wood, steel or PVC, as well as interior partition walls and windowsills.
This dispensing foam achieves an insulation value of 0.038 W/mK per DIN 52612 and 60 dB sound insulation per EN ISO 717-1. Yield is approximately 36 litres per 500 ml can. The foam is cuttable after about 35 minutes and fully load-bearing after around 24 hours.
This dispensing foam holds a general building authority test certificate as a normally flammable material (B2 per DIN 4102-1) and is rated EMICODE® EC1 PLUS for very low emissions. It also meets French VOC emission class A+.
This dispensing foam is applied using an OTTO dispensing gun, allowing precise dosing even in the narrowest joints.
