Application Steps

1. Preparation: Clean surfaces and ensure they are dust-free, dry, and roughened.
2. Prepare Cartridge: Remove cap, insert into the two-component jointing gun (Item No. 12987), and attach mixing nozzle.
3. Mixing: Do not use the first 10 cm of the mixture. Thoroughly mix components when using without a mixing nozzle.
4. Application: At 20°C, the working time is approximately 20 minutes. The bonded parts are transportable after 4-5 hours and fully loadable after 10 hours.
5. Curing: Maximum strength is reached after 48 hours, accelerated by higher temperatures.
