





OTTOSEAL® S 100 in cement grey glossy (C706), Art. No. 13119, is a durable silicone sealant, ideal for wet rooms and demanding sealing applications. It offers high elasticity, mould resistance, and weatherproof joint appearance.
The one-component OTTOSEAL® S 100 acetate silicone is particularly suitable for joints in bathrooms, showers, or sanitary facilities. Thanks to its pasty consistency, it is easy to apply and results in smooth, flexible sealing joints.
The product provides protection against mould and bacteria, is UV-resistant as well as resistant to temperature changes and weathering. With up to 50% elongation, the joint remains flexible and durable.
Clean surfaces before application, keep dry and free of grease. For smooth surfaces, use a primer if necessary. After application, smooth joints with a smoothing agent or appropriate tool for a neat finish.

Is this silicone suitable for areas with constant water exposure?
Yes, OTTOSEAL® S 100 in cement grey glossy is specially formulated for wet areas and offers reliable protection against mould growth thanks to its fungicidal properties under permanently high humidity.
Can I use this silicone on natural stone?
This silicone is not recommended for sensitive natural stones such as marble or slate, as it may cause edge discolouration. For natural stone, specially formulated products like OTTOSEAL® S 70 or S 80 are advised.
How should I apply the product at low temperatures?
Application is possible from +5 °C upwards. At low temperatures, it is recommended to bring the cartridge to room temperature before use to ensure even application.
How long does curing take and when can the joint be stressed?
Skin formation occurs after about 10 minutes; full curing to 2–3 mm depth takes approx. 24 hours under standard conditions (23 °C / 50 % relative humidity). The joint should only be mechanically or water-stressed after complete curing.
Does the cement grey colour match tiles with a concrete look?

How do I achieve a permanently mould-resistant joint?
