What substrates are ideal?
Glazed tiles, sanitary ceramics, enamel, acrylic surfaces, or glass are ideal. OTTOSEAL S 100 should not be used on natural stone.

How can I avoid glossy spots?
Avoid smoothing the joint multiple times with a smoothing agent. A single, clean pass with the appropriate tool is sufficient.
How long is the product valid for?
Matt colours should be processed within 15 months of manufacture. Store in a dry place and at a constant temperature (+15 to +25°C).
How do I clean my tools after use?
Fresh material can be removed with a suitable cleaner. Cured silicone must be removed mechanically.
Is the product safe for health?
Yes, it is very low in emissions and approved for use in sensitive living areas.
