OTTOSEAL® S 100 sanitary silicone in the shade pergamon glossy (C84), item no. 13122, is a high-quality, elastic sealant based on acetate. Specially developed for sanitary applications, it offers reliable protection against moisture and mould growth.

Applications and Properties

Perfect for flexible sealing in bathrooms, showers and toilet areas. Its smooth, creamy texture ensures easy application and a clean joint finish.

  • Skin formation: approx. 10 minutes at 23 °C / 50% RH
  • Curing rate: approx. 2–3 mm / 24 hours
  • Application temperature: +5 °C to +35 °C
  • Shore A hardness: approx. 20

Application Instructions

Substrates must be clean, dry and free of grease. On smooth surfaces, use of a primer is recommended. Fresh joints can be shaped using a smoothing agent or tool.

What is special about the colour “pergamon glossy (C84)”?
The soft beige tone blends beautifully with traditional bathroom fittings and exudes timeless elegance.
Is this product suitable for permanent use in damp areas?
Yes, this silicone is specifically designed for continuous use in humid environments.
Can OTTOSEAL® S 100 be used on natural stone?
It is not suitable for sensitive natural stones like marble or slate, as edge discolouration may occur.
How should I handle low ambient temperatures?
Application is possible from +5 °C. The cartridge should be brought to room temperature beforehand.
When is the joint loadable?
A skin forms after approx. 10 minutes. Full curing at a joint depth of 2–3 mm takes about 24 hours.
How is long-lasting mould protection ensured?
Fungicidal properties offer lasting protection. Regular cleaning and proper ventilation are also recommended.
