The OTTOSEAL® S 100 silicone in the light graphite colour variant (C1168), item no. 13128, is a high-quality, elastic sealant based on acetate, specially developed for demanding sanitary applications. This premium product impresses with excellent adhesion to many substrates and provides reliable protection against moisture and mould. The resistant silicone compound is highly resistant to ageing, UV radiation and extreme temperature fluctuations, ensuring long-lasting durability.

Areas of application and properties

OTTOSEAL® S 100 light graphite is ideal for the elastic sealing of joints and connections in bathrooms, showers, WC areas, as well as sinks and bathtubs. The smooth, creamy consistency allows easy application and a clean, aesthetic joint finish. Thanks to its high elasticity, the material flexibly adapts to movement and prevents cracks and leaks.

The colour “light graphite” gives sanitary installations a warm and elegant appearance that blends harmoniously into many colour concepts while enhancing the overall aesthetics of the room.

Application instructions

Substrates must be clean, dry and free from grease. On smooth or low-absorbent surfaces, a primer is recommended to improve adhesion. The silicone is applied using a cartridge gun and the joint is shaped using a smoothing agent. At temperatures below +10 °C, the cartridge should be brought to room temperature before use.
