How to Use the Cocoa Grout Colourant
Preparation:
- Clean the grout thoroughly using a grout brush (Item No. 11922) and ensure it is completely dry.
- For freshly grouted areas, wait at least 48 hours before applying the colourant.
Application:
- Shake the bottle well.
- Apply the colourant thinly using a bristle brush (Item No. 12580/12581) or the applicator bottle (Item No. 12399), working back and forth along the grout lines.
Finishing:
- Allow the dye to dry for 20 minutes.
- Remove excess dye with a damp sponge, such as the special cleaning sponge (Item No. 10226).
- Keep the area dry for 24 hours to ensure optimal sealing.
Pro Tip: For more intense colour results, apply a second coat after a 30-minute interval.
