Rondo milling set for curves, Art. 42669
The rondo milling set includes:
- Cutting and milling carriage, art. 40667
- Table attachment, art. 40668
- Speed adjustable angle grinder 900 W, Art. 40265
- Diamond rondo cutter 8 mm, 50524
The set is delivered pre-assembled and ready for immediate use.
This way, curves can be milled on skirting tiles:
To do this, the table attachment with milling carriage and angle grinder is screwed onto a table or fastened with clamps. Then the counter fence is adapted to the material thickness and fixed. The counter stop ensures an even contact pressure and a homogeneous routing pattern. The skirting tile is now slowly guided past the rondo cutter and the rounding is created. For dust containment and better visibility, a hoover is connected to the suction nozzle. Any finishing work can be carried out with our diamond grinding pads; depending on the material properties, the black hand pad, grain size 120, Art. 50461 or the red hand pad, grain size 200, Art. 50462 can be used. A mechanical solution is also possible.
The cutting and routing carriage can of course also be used to create mitres. For this purpose, the rondo cutter is dismantled and the cutting and grinding wheel Jolly Star, Art. 50354 is mounted.
