The diamond saw blade...
...or better said diamond saw band is beside the water pump a standard accessory to our item 40 910 Diamond band saw - the professional saw for cutting curves and narrow, complicated contours! So this machine offers a variety of design possibilities and is suitable for almost all materials such as glass mosaic, glass, marble, granite, porcelain stoneware and ceramics up to a cutting depth of 30 mm and a cutting width of 325 mm.
General data about the diamond saw blade:
- Dimensions: 0,25 x 8 x 1820 mm
- saw blade length: 1810 mm
- Saw blade width: 7mm
- Grain size diamond coating: 126 μm
How to set or replace the diamond saw blade?
- First of all, disconnect the machine from the power supply by simply pulling the plug
- Open the front cladding of the diamond saw
- Now open the flap on the saw blade guide cover
- Loosen the diamond saw blade with the help of the star grip and remove the blade
- Put on the new diamond saw blade. However, you must make sure that the diamond-coated side
is facing the front side - Clamp the blade by turning the torque handle located at the top of the machine to the right.
Exact tensioning of the diamond saw blade is always guaranteed thanks tot he fact that the torque handle is preset, - Now turn the disc wheel counterclockwise - the diamond saw blade adjusts itself automatically.
